能扛長中繼 阿中大聯盟近了

〔自由時報記者吳清正、黃照敦／綜合報導〕密爾瓦基新聞衛報（Milwaukee Journal Sentinel）昨天指出，釀酒人隊的最後3席牛棚投手名額已接近確定，所有的跡象都顯示，將會留下21歲的左投王維中，總教練雷尼基也肯定王維中是即戰力選手。

雖然不少媒體看好，但球團尚未正式宣布，王維中的大聯盟夢仍有變數，台灣時間週五熱身賽後，釀酒人將離開亞歷桑納回密爾瓦基，備戰4月1日的開幕戰，屆時若王維中仍隨隊，就幾乎可進入25人名單，最慢則在開幕戰前一天確認。

由於釀酒人隊是透過規則五選秀網羅王維中，今年必須將他放在大聯盟25人名單一整季，否則就得把王維中歸還給原來的球隊海盜隊，但是雷尼基強調，釀酒人隊不會只為了未來的發展，而把王維中藏在25人名單中。

「如果我們想在這件事情獲最有利結果，我不認為可以去『藏』誰。」雷尼基表示：「如果他能夠讓打者出局、投出好球，就像我們在整個春訓中所看到的，我不認為這傢伙是我們要『藏』的人。」

雷尼基指出，牛棚中需要一名長中繼，王維中曾是先發投手，他可投2到3局，這一點球隊非常有信心。

「王維中並不是只對左打的投手，」雷尼基表示：「我們不會留下只能拿下一個出局的傢伙，他必須也能讓右打者出局。」
