聲援魏揚 司改會：起訴濫權警察

自稱是反服貿占領行政院活動主導者的清大學生魏揚，遭檢方認定有串證之虞聲押。財團法人民間司法改革基金會串連法律學者及律師團，到台北地檢署外聲援魏揚，怒指政府強力鎮壓學生，已讓人民不信任警察，要求檢方以法治國代言人使命，約束並起訴濫權執法的警察，勿與警察沆瀣一氣。

司改會表示，檢方須認真看待刑事訴訟法第二條所賦予的「客觀性義務」，在台灣民主法治存亡的關鍵時刻，應憑良心選擇立場，勿當政府的無情打手，並確實注意對於有利學生部分來究責。

參與聲援魏揚的學者有中研院社會所研究員瞿海源、中研院社會所副研究員吳介民、中研院法律所副研究員黃國昌、台大國發所教授劉靜怡、台大法律系助理教授謝煜偉，以及政大法律系助理教授周伯峰。
