潘世偉呼籲不要罷工

針對學運人士呼籲全國罷工罷課，勞動部長潘世偉上午表示，服貿協議是為了台灣經濟而簽，因此不適宜以罷工激烈手段抗爭，對台灣經濟反而是負面，不利全民，呼籲勞工應該與雇主共同強化競爭力，才是正道。

潘世偉表示，簽服貿是為了拚經濟，因此不宜以罷工激烈手段進行抗爭，否則台灣經濟反而先受害，對全民都不利。他希望勞工應與雇主更攜手合作，共創競爭力，如此無論未來協議如何簽訂，只要有競爭力就不怕，年輕人也才有就業機會。此刻若年輕人以罷工為手段，傷了台灣經濟，受害的還是年輕人。

他強調，即使真的有勞工要罷工，目前相關法令都有罷工明確的程序規範，若不符程序的罷工，恐怕無法得到保障。
