北約警告俄 再進犯烏將是歷史錯誤

在烏克蘭東部幾個城市的政府機關被親俄分子占據後，北約秘書長拉穆森8日警告俄國，若再進一步干預烏克蘭，將「犯下歷史性錯誤」。

拉穆森在巴黎的研討會上說：「我呼籲俄國放手，勿升高烏克蘭東部的情勢。俄國若進一步干預烏克蘭，將是歷史性錯誤，為我們與俄國的關係帶來嚴重的後果，使俄國在國際上更孤立。」
