《傳產》松山線年底通車，西門、中山、松江南京雙捷運站吸睛

【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】台北捷運松山線將在年底通車，好房網指出，全線8個站點近1年來分別有5.65%~14.47%的漲幅，其中更有4站為雙捷運交會點，可望成為下一條打通台北東西任督二脈的主要幹線，對台北市東西軸線翻轉具有相當程度的影響力，包括西門、中山、松江南京、南京三民站近1年來漲幅都超過1成，通車效應持續發酵。

其中，店面仍是矚目的焦點，包括中山站、南京東路站附近商圈都有知名店面成交，特別是商業大樓改建商旅蔚為風潮，例如林森北路的錢櫃KTV已改建為桔子商旅、南京東路二段的黑橋牌大樓改建為舞衣新宿，另一家位在南京東路三段的錢櫃KTV則是改建為闊飯店。

好房網表示，全長8.5公里的松山線，根據台北市政府估計，通車後全路網每日將突破200萬搭乘人次，全線規畫8個地下車站，未來從松山站到西門站預估只要15分鐘，加上4個雙捷運交會點連接南北走向的捷運文湖線、中和蘆洲線、新店線、淡水線，更增加了便利性。
