各位您好 已經用2013年中的Air一段時間了 因大部皆使用Bootcamp下的Win8 跑Office 軟體 =>但最近常常出現俗稱死亡藍屏的訊息 =>從過去到現在都正常使用 =>唯一差異是有安裝PC Spyware Doctor 掃毒, =>不知道是不是掃毒過程中有傷害Win8內建軟件 =>之後就開始出現死亡藍屏 =>透蘋果客服升級Boot Camp 最新支援軟體 5.1.5640 (支援win8.1 pro 64) 蘋果客服有用遠端幫我檢查OS系統下的錯誤訊息(皆正常),安裝內容也正常 =>升級BootCamp後死亡藍屏次數減少(一天仍有一到兩次) 因版上無相關類似文章 請教各位專家 為何會發生這種情形呢? 遇到這個現象又該如何處理呢? 謝謝 以下是我的windows系統圖片 http://ppt.cc/VfQN 死亡藍屏訊息 http://ppt.cc/tsxo 有做過以下連結的建議,進行系統MEMORY TEST 一樣無用 http://ppt.cc/0YQ5 萬分感謝各位回答 ※ 編輯: jfw0511 (1.167.96.135), 04/08/2014 12:35:27
