香港立法會擬特殊情況限制開放

香港擔心學生「占會」，香港立法會在特殊情況下，擬限制開放。香港立法會主席曾鈺成今天說，立法會行政管理委員會討論立法會保安措施，決定特殊情況出現時，秘書長在徵詢行管會後，可採取特別管理措施，限制開放，以保障議會運作。

曾鈺成說，現有保安措施是合適及足夠，立法會繼續以保障議會順利運作，及維持向公眾開放為目標，相信秘書長及行管會的判斷，若發現立法會保安不能自行處理，出現不願見的後果，會要求警方協助。

他表示，法例亦列明，若立法會大樓不能使用，立法會可另找合適地點運作，而不會影響開會的法律效力。
