本土劇藝人騎車撞傷路人　和解不成被訴

現年54歲的老牌藝人楊慶煌，去年5月31日騎摩托車回家時，不慎擦撞到1名牽著腳踏車的洪姓婦人，因而被控過失傷害罪，台北地檢署在偵查期間，因雙方一直無法達成和解，檢察官今天依法起訴。

以英俊小生出道的楊慶煌，在24歲時以電影《在室男》中靦腆形象一砲而紅，螢幕形象正派的他，隨後又參加電影《報告班長》演出，近年則轉往電視台加入本土劇的行列。

去年5月31日下午，楊慶煌騎著摩托車準備返家，行經台北市松隆路巷口，不慎撞到一名牽著單車的洪姓婦人，楊慶煌事後有託人送紅包給林婦，但陰錯陽差送錯了人，林婦認為對方不聞不問，一狀告上法院。

北檢開庭時，洪婦認為發生車禍後工作也沒了，只能在家休養，工作損失須要對方負擔，因此索賠10萬元。但楊慶煌認為，對方知道他是藝人才獅子大開口，認為10萬元太多，5萬元才合理。

由於雙方無法達成和解，檢察官調查後，認為事證明確，依過失傷害罪將楊慶煌起訴。（呂志明／台北報導）
