電腦熱當頻率很高的問題~

處理器：amd a10 5700 apu 3.40GHz
記憶體：8.00GB
系統類型：64位元

不知道這樣寫對不對

小妹想知道最近電腦熱當頻率很高
是因為AMD很容易熱當的關係嗎?

我也有開冷氣+吹電風扇，但是開著英雄聯盟跟實況就會直接關機
所以我應該要多+風扇還是有甚麼方法可以解決呢?

如果說我想再組一台可打英雄聯盟預算1萬5的電腦有可能嗎
