網購劣質豬油食品 超過7日仍可退換貨

劣質豬油事件愈演愈烈，許多消費者擔心，網路購買劣質油製成的商品，若是超過7日賞鑑期，是否就不能退貨，消保處表示，若是瑕疵品，即使超過7日仍可退貨，且消費者不須負擔任何費用。

消保官表示，7日鑑賞期的規定是保障消費者無法檢視商品而賦予消費者的特別解約權利，並非免除業者對於瑕疵商品所應負擔的責任。

因此，消費者於網路上購買到以劣質豬油製成之瑕疵食品而造成權益損害，仍可向業者主張解約退貨。

另部分業者表示僅願意對於消費者尚未食用之部分退款，消保官呼籲，業者應秉持危機就是轉機的態度，從優從寬處理退費，爭取消費者認同才是上策。
