進職場一年多，做得最多的就是不停的寫報告跟計畫， 但是說真的也沒有因此變得很強，常常一份文件還是被改來改去的，感覺蠻挫敗的。 原本覺得自己的競爭優勢算是很會寫文案，不是很厲害，只是不排斥， 別人都懶得寫就通通變成我來寫，努力寫了好久卻總是抓不到主管胃口， 長久下來我越來越懷疑自己的能力，主管很少給予正面激勵， 只是不斷地要我給別人看、給別人改，就管理層面來說， 我是個漸漸失去動力的員工...請版上各位指導，如何建立自我激勵？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.104.58 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408691401.A.5F6.html
