表現不佳？喬治：犯規害我

雖然趕在東區冠軍賽第三戰前通過腦震盪測試，但溜馬第一主將喬治(Paul George)仍在25日的比賽中陷入掙扎，不過喬治賽後強調，自己表現不佳的原因並不是腦震盪所造成的不適，而是因為早早就陷入犯規麻煩。

「今天我花了很多時間在場上和板凳間徘迴！」今日全場僅有13投5中的喬治賽後在談到自己失常的表現時說道，「當我投沒兩球就又被送回板凳，尤其還是在我正要準備進入狀況時，這真的很艱難。」

喬治在25日的第三戰因為受限於犯規麻煩，僅上場了今年季後賽最短的32分鐘，斷斷續續的上場時間讓他的攻守節奏大亂，還在第四節關鍵時刻錯失了幾次罰球得分的機會。

雖然喬治表現不如預期，但溜馬中鋒希柏特(Roy Hibbert)則是認為，喬治已經在用屬於自己的方式在幫助球隊，「他已經來到這邊並用自己的努力在攻守兩端幫助球隊，我以他為榮，他還扛起了把我們帶回比賽中的責任，我們應該多給他一些幫助的。」

談到球隊在今日打了一場「虎頭蛇尾」的比賽，把一度取得15分的領先優勢，在下半場拱手讓出，喬治賽後說道，「我認為今天剛開賽時我們打得很流暢，不過這場比賽的勝負決定在誰能整場比賽都持續運作，而不是只有在一開始時，這就是他們今天勝出的原因。」
