高振利怕財產遭查封 繳清逃漏稅

彰化檢方偵辦大統長基混油案，會同中區國稅局追出大統和旗下大順製油、大聯製酒公司逃漏營業稅共2200萬元，罰鍰3400萬元，董事長高振利擔心在名下的財產遭查封拍賣，已拿現金繳清。

國稅局人員透露，大統長基和大順製油還涉嫌逃漏2007年到2012年的營利事業所得稅1億5000萬元，罰鍰1800萬元，已寄出補繳通知單；另外，大聯製酒涉嫌逃漏菸酒稅160萬元，也將罰鍰300萬元。

去年10月大統長基爆發混油案後，彰化縣衛生局裁罰不當利得18億8000萬元，行政執行署彰化分署也查封大統公司和高振利名下不動產；下游通路商和消費者也求償，但高振利以12個銀行帳戶和31筆不動產都被彰化檢方扣押，沒錢可賠。

去年12月16日，高振利被彰化地方法院依違反食品衛生管理法、詐欺罪重判有期徒刑16年，大統長基罰金5000萬元。高振利喊沒錢，卻在4小時籌到交保金一千萬元，如今又能拿出5700萬元繳清逃漏稅和罰鍰。

彰化檢方扣押大統長基和高振利的帳戶和不動產後，曾有9500萬元現金和現金支票進入高振利2名子女帳戶，高振利也通知大順製油的客戶，貨款和支票不要再匯給大統長基，他會專人收取，顯示高振利和家人財力雄厚。
