候鳥歸去兮 千鷹齊北飛

南遷的過境猛禽開始陸續北返了！墾丁國家公園管理處春季過境猛禽調查6日展開，13日起每天都可觀測到上百隻灰面鵟鷹北返，20日更記錄到單日逾2000隻的大量，墾丁各地每天下午2時至5時是最佳賞鷹時間。

墾管處春季鳥類調查在墾丁南海岸設的3個觀測點，20日上午記錄到22隻，下午一口氣爆出近2000隻大量，且集中在下午2時至5時，最大群有600多隻，另有零星的蜂鷹、鵟、紅隼、游隼等遷徙性猛禽。

墾管處保育研究課技士蔡乙榮說，遷徒性猛禽北返的面廣，墾丁各地海岸都能賞鷹，依昔日觀察紀錄，每天上午10、11時；下午3時至5時，都是灰面鵟鷹過境墾丁北返的時間，一直持續到下月，赤腹鷹接著在4月中旬至下旬過境北返。
