求上字幕時間軸簡體程式

我在用PopSub_Version0.74 但是因為他是簡體的 所以我的電腦已打開就會變成亂碼 雖然還是可以上時間軸 但是只要我上簡體的字幕就沒辦法上了 會出現亂碼 請問有什麼辦法可以讓他不要是亂碼嗎?

或是有什麼程式可以上簡體的字幕??

求解阿!! 請大家幫幫忙!
