請問台灣船員在輪船的機艙內,因抽污水幫浦抽污水櫃的水常抽到空氣尤其大風浪的天氣、他們只好另裝一部潛水泵去抽.這樣原本的抽「污水泵」不靈了、請問、問題在何處?.
