清寒生學音樂 上台秀烏克麗麗

新北市議員邱烽堯、新北市婦聯樂活學習協會、中和區婦女會發起「親親寶貝─中和起飛」助學金募款活動，今年邁入第8年，昨舉行頒獎典禮，共435名清寒學生受獎。但景氣不只反映在物價、薪資上，也影響到募款，往年一年可募到60萬元獎助學金，今年僅募到五成。

主辦單位為讓清寒學生也能學音樂，開設「親親寶貝烏克麗麗班」，贊助14名學童學「烏克麗麗」，由老師葉軍豐免費教學。

葉軍豐昨帶領4位學生，在頒獎典禮上表演歌曲「大手拉小手」、「歡樂年華」。受獎學生也在現場「奉茶」，感謝17個捐款團體代表，場面溫馨。

邱烽堯說，「親親寶貝─中和起飛」助學金募款，至今已協助了4004個清寒弱勢學生，從國小到高中，平均一個學校分配到2萬元。支持這活動的團體和善心人士，都希望孩子能正常受教育，以後作個對社會有貢獻的人。

邱烽堯說，以往每年平均都可以募到60萬元，但近年來景氣不好，物價飛漲、薪水沒漲，募款越來越困難，今年募款只有30萬元。
