中芯國際(0981.HK)公布2013年業績，全年獲利1.73億元(美元,下同)，較2012年大增6.6倍，每股盈餘0.01元。

中芯國際2013年全年收入約20.69億元，年增21.6%，主要是上海12吋晶圓廠成功擴產及大陸銷售額(佔整體收入四成)明顯上升所致；其中毛利4.38億元，年增25.7%。受惠產能利用率增加，毛利率升0.7個百分點至21.2%。

中芯國際去年經營利潤約1.87億元，年增4.27倍。中芯國際指出，除前述因素外，廠房效率提升及成本節省；出售上海部分宿舍及出售附屬公司所產生的收益等，均是導致經營利潤大增的主因。
