丹納赫22億美元迎娶諾保科

（中央社日內瓦2014年9月15日綜合外電報導）法新社報導，美國醫療保險集團丹納赫（Danaher）同意以22億美元買下瑞士植牙材料公司諾保科（Nobel Biocare）。諾保科股價聞訊重挫。

兩家公司今天發表聲明表示，丹納赫將以每股17.10瑞郎（相當18.25美元、14.15歐元）現金，買下諾保科股票。這個價格較7月底收購消息首次傳出時的股價溢價23%。卻低於諾保科上週五收盤價18.10瑞郎。

諾保科股價盤中一度挫達6.08%，台北時間晚間9時44分報挫5.80%，股價來到17.05瑞郎。

根據彭博，諾保科的營收還沒從2008年的經濟衰退和金融危機中復甦。諾保科股價在2007年觸頂登上90.75瑞郎後，3年多來股價不超過20瑞郎。

法蘭克福商業銀行（Commerzbank AG）分析師麥茨格（Oliver Metzger）表示：「諾保科已有相當豐厚的估值，因此向上空間有限。」他不認為會半路殺出程咬金。「對諾保科股東來說，和近年股價相比，收購價格仍具吸引力。」（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
