美國7月成屋銷售上升2.4%至年率515萬棟 預估為500萬棟

國家不動產協會(NAR)周四公布，美國7月成屋銷售上升2.4%至年率515萬棟，創今年以來高點。

接受MarketWatch調查的分析師平均預估，7月成屋銷售年率為下降至500萬棟。

美國6月成屋銷售由504萬棟修正為503萬棟。

7月成屋銷售較去年同期下降4.3%。

7月成屋銷售中間價格為222900美元，較去年同期上升4.9%。

7月成屋餘屋為237萬棟，相當於5.5個月供給量。
