美成屋銷售增 攀抵10個月高點

（中央社台北2014年8月21日電）彭博報導，美國7月成屋銷售意外增加，升至10個月高點，主因借貸成本低，加上庫存增加吸引買家。

全美房地產經紀人協會（National Associationof Realtors）今天公布報告表示，成屋銷售增加2.4%，折合年率為515萬戶，創去年9月以來最大增幅，6月經修正後達503萬戶。彭博訪調的74位經濟師預估中值為502萬戶。

彭博訪調的經濟師估值範圍從485萬到517萬不等。6月數據從先前公布的504萬下修至503萬戶。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
