行政院長江宜樺昨（9）日譴責頂新集團旗下的正義公司，明知上游供應商鑫好衛生條件不佳，還持續買油，枉做食品大廠。衛福部次長許銘能也說，正義公司違反食安法，一旦事證確認，最重可罰5,000萬元，負責人也可移送法辦，最重可判五年以下有期徒刑。

昨天政院已要求正義生產的68項產品全數下架。在前一波強冠混油事件中，政院推出的八大措施持續上路，其中油品業者與進口商，需在本月底強制完成食品雲登錄；油品分流機制也將提前在11月公告，屆時食用油、飼料油與工業用油等，都將實施進口查驗，不得混用。

值得注意的是，與鑫好存在上下游關係的業者，除了正義外，還有五家原料業者。許銘能坦言，在調查過程中，發現有業者進口非食用的動植物用油，衛福部正追查流向，令外界擔憂，除了正義外，近期還有其他「未爆彈」。
