大家好 本身有脂漏體質 不過控制到久久可能才會發作一次 有問過醫生粉刺問題 他說可以擦思麗安(杜鵑花酸) 如果脂漏發作或其他問題就要停藥回診 我平日保養 是洗完臉 擦歐蕾的乳液 因為有時感覺不夠 想去買版上推薦的 史帝富潔美淨層脂質 於保濕不夠時補足 "思麗安要在乳液(霜)前還是乳液(霜)後?" "版上兩種做法都有" 早上擦防曬還是要擦乳液嗎? "是防曬先還是乳液先?" 臉和身體的防曬產品是不是要分開? 可否請版友推薦適合我使用的 物理性防曬?
