英零售銷售增 服飾需求帶頭

（中央社台北2014年8月21日電）彭博報導，英國7月零售銷售增幅大於經濟師預測，服飾需求協助銷售成績由前1個月的下滑反彈。

英國國家統計局（ONS）今天表示，7月剔除汽車燃料的零售銷售量月增0.5%，6月則月減0.1%。彭博訪調18位經濟師的預估中值為增加0.4%。服飾與鞋類銷售上升0.8%，食品銷售提升0.4%。

店家推出夏季折扣，尋求清理庫存以及和對手較勁，銷售可能因此獲得提振。超市之間的價格戰規模從一個跡象可看出：7月食品銷售價格較去年同月下降1.3%，史上首見年度下跌。

儘管英國通膨放慢至英國央行英格蘭銀行（BOE）2%目標以下，疲弱的薪資成長代表許多消費者手頭很緊，削弱他們的消費能力。馬莎百貨集團（Marks &Spencer Plc）7月表示，雖然「消費者信心略有提升，市況依舊充滿挑戰」。

ONS指出，7月零售銷售年增3.4%。包含汽車燃料下，零售銷售月增0.1%，年增2.6%。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
