颱風外圍環流 北部大雷雨

受第12號輕度颱風娜克莉外圍環流影響，今天清晨北部下起大雷雨，中央氣象局也發布大雨特報。

氣象局在清晨3時41分發布即時天氣，北部因颱風外圍環流，對流雲系移入基隆北海岸，氣象局提醒防大雨。

清晨4時50分，氣象局發布北部地區大雨特報，主要包括基隆市、台北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣及新竹市。

氣象局說，娜克莉颱風外圍環流影響，今天北部地區有局部大雨或豪雨，要注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。
