慣竊坐輪椅 交保完繼續偷…

劉姓慣竊最近因病行動不便坐輪椅，但仍賊性不改，昨天再度現身廟口涉嫌行竊，被警方逮捕。

警方發現劉男昨天才因涉竊盜交保，讓員警感嘆，「他怎麼都抓不怕！」

忠二路派出所昨天下午接獲民眾報案，稱廟口一間服飾店遭竊，派員警趕赴現場，發現竊嫌是一名肢體障礙、坐著輪椅的男子，並在他身上起出5件遭竊的衣服。

警方見竊嫌左、右腳穿的鞋子顏色、款式都不同，感覺很突兀，隨口問「你這雙鞋在哪買的？」他竟回答「也是偷的」，隨即帶同員警找到另一被害店家。

警方調查發現，劉姓男子（52歲）竊盜前科累累，不久前還能走，最近才開始以輪椅代步，前天因偷連鎖店的洗面乳被警逮捕，昨天中午交保後，到廟口吃完午餐，又繼續偷。

他坦承偷來的日用品要自己用，警方訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送基隆地檢署偵辦。
