米粉標示上路 芬園老店有信心

包裝米粉產品標示規定上路，引起不少米粉業者反彈，芬園鄉老牌米粉廠「正裕米粉」老闆李健炎說，米粉成分標示後，消費者選購更有保障，他堅持以6成純米混合玉米澱粉製作米粉，雖然每天得忍受高溫，但產品有純米的香氣、口感也Q彈，他對自家產品有信心，會受到消費者青睞。
