我20年前大學畢業時薪水都25000了,那時延吉街一坪不到20萬
所以張副市長與財政部長說跌房價3成,都太保守了
這20年來台灣經濟嚴重倒退,是靠台商在大陸賺大錢回來台灣炒房地產的

所以政府應該針對這些可惡的台商投資客進行嚴厲制裁與資金管制＿
首先應該全面停止1000萬以上的房貸與非自住房貸
至於首購的年輕人應該給予優惠
