特偵組存廢　顏大和表態：特偵擺二審

檢察總長被提名人高檢署主任檢察官顏大和，今天上午首度到立院備詢，他回答立委呂學樟質詢有關特偵組存廢問題時，表示他認為「特偵組擺在二審比較適宜。」顏大和說，特偵組運作7、8年來，他個人認為有檢討空間，但以目前時空背景，特偵組還是有存在的必要，只是現行檢察制度下，他個人認為將特偵組放在二審，也就是高檢署比較好。

針對民進黨主張廢除特偵組，顏大和表示，希望立法院能趕快處理特偵組的定位問題，因為目前特偵組的所有檢察官，已向最高檢申請歸建，代理檢察總長不知如何批示。（林益民／台北報導）
