《國際金融》黑田：貨幣寬鬆未助長股市投機波動

【時報-外電報導】日本銀行（央行）總裁黑田東彥周三表示，雖然他將密切監控股市波動，但他不認為央行的寬鬆貨幣政策助長了股市的投機性波動。

黑田表示，與實施「安倍經濟學」新政策之前相比，股市確實有所上漲，市場的波動可能加劇，但這並未對經濟產生很大的負面影響。他不會直接評論股市波動，不過會密切關注動向。
