請問我的CPU利用度 忽高忽低 這種狀況是中毒還是掛掉?

一開機什麼都沒有打開 CPU就忽高忽低

一下5 一下100 一下 20 一下80

而且是突然這樣的

本來電腦很順 突然就變成很慢

請問會這樣是什麼情況

我有打開清過 CPU的灰塵了

需要其他資訊我再PO哦
