大陸抗汙 阿里巴巴邀網友e起

（中央社台北2014年4月14日電）彭博報導，中國大陸電子商務一哥阿里巴巴集團控股打算號召5億用戶大軍，為大陸對抗汙染的戰役出一分力。

阿里巴巴集團控股邀請民眾加入大陸水質檢測計畫，希望藉此提高環保意識。

透過阿里巴巴販售的水質檢測儀，最低價為人民幣65元。自願參加的民眾可在淡水源測量汙染值，然後透過智慧型手機把資料上傳到公司的數位地圖。

這項計畫還在起步階段，有望考驗當局淨化環境的決心。阿里巴巴號召用戶加入計畫，除了有助提高環保意識，水質資料也能讓人一窺當局在特定區域或城市的環保政績。

「中國的環境挑戰」（China’s EnvironmentalChallenges）作者夏竹麗（Judith Shapiro）說：「中國人民接受的消息是『沒錯，你可以測量，有權了解生活中的水和空氣含有什麼物質』，而且有權要求當局想辦法因應。」（譯者：中央社盧映孜）
