女車禍住院　男友旁慘遭性侵

女子車禍受傷住院，男友在旁熟睡照顧，竟仍遭到醫院探視的前男友性侵；全案經最高法院審理後，在今（15）日判決3年10個月有期徒刑確定。

根據了解，女子因車禍受傷住院由洪姓男友照顧，但不料前男陳姓男子到院探視時，竟趁男友在旁熟睡，對她強吻並撫摸胸部，以手指性侵得逞，期間還問她「有感覺嗎？」

不過陳男到案後否認性侵，並供稱是前女友主動索吻，但未獲法官採信；全案經最高法院審理後，仍判決3年10個月有期徒刑確定。
