朝陽科大與稅務局 攜手創雙贏

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中2014年4月15日電）朝陽科大與台中市政府地方稅務局今天舉行締結策略簽約儀式，雙方建立學術與實務交流，推動以學輔政、以政助學共創雙贏。

朝陽科大與台中市政府地方稅務局今天在稅務局舉行締結策略簽約儀式，由朝陽科大校長鍾任琴與台中市政府地方稅務局長蔡啟明代表簽約，並交換紀念品。

朝陽科大校長鍾任琴表示，官學合作已經是國際潮流，20世紀到21世紀間，在全球科技化及整合化下，知識若無法與現實驗證，就陷入黔驢技窮、紙上談兵的窘境。

鍾任琴說，朝陽科大與台中市政府地方稅務局締結策略聯盟將建立人才培養、稅務合作及設備支援等合作，朝陽科大學生須完成9至2的實習學分，台中市政府地方稅務局可提供實習機會。

台中市政府地方稅務局長蔡啟明指出，朝陽科大可提供稅務局在職進修及學術研究平台；稅務局每年4月開徵使用牌照稅、5月房屋稅及11月地價稅等實務，都可提供學生實習，增加雙方實務與學術交流的經驗。
