王貴芬掌摑女護理師　判刑5個月

桃園縣蘆竹鄉代王貴芬掌摑女護理師案，桃園地檢署去年12月依傷害、暴行公然侮辱罪嫌起訴，檢方並指她蠻橫無禮，要醫院按她非護理專業之指示照顧其病父，掌摑女護理師兩巴掌重創被害人身心，更打在其他以生命照顧生命的護理人員心裡。

桃園地方法院今天下午5時宣判，王貴芬被判刑5個月，得易科罰金30萬元。（張沛森／桃園報導）
