不滿洩密判有罪　黃世銘上訴二審

前檢察總長黃世銘去年偵辦立法院長王金平、立委柯建銘關說司法案件，偵辦期間夜奔總統官邸，提供偵查報告及監聽譯文給總統馬英九，遭台北地院依洩密、違反《通訊保障及監察法》，合併判刑1年2月徒刑，可易科罰金42萬元；黃世銘不服判決，認為自己無罪，已正式提出上訴。

黃世銘3月21日遭判有罪後，實現「一審有罪就下台」的承諾，當天發表辭職聲明：「很遺憾、悲憤莫名，我不是作姦犯科也不是貪贓枉法，是依法執行公務為所當為」、「若時間可倒轉，我依然不後悔所做的一切。」辭去總長一職。

黃世銘今天正式回任最高檢察署主任檢察官，《蘋果》今上午問他上訴理由，黃世銘忙著整理新辦公室，說：「現在很忙，謝謝。」據了解，法院在上周四收到黃世銘上訴書，目前檢方還未針對此案上訴。（劉志原、胡守得／台北報導）
