生薑賽豬肉 陸豬價創15年新低

正當台灣豬價暴漲之際，中國大陸部分地區生豬價格卻創下15年新低點，豬農每養一頭豬平均得賠上人民幣300元（新台幣1460元）。

另一方面，大陸生薑價格則暴漲，許多地方傳出「生薑價格賽豬肉」的說法。

大陸商務部已會同大陸國家發展和改革委員會等機構啟動今年首批中央儲備凍豬肉收儲的電子競價採購，預定在全國收儲6.5萬噸，期望讓豬價止跌回升。

綜合大陸媒體報導，在北京新發地農產品批發市場，豬肉（白條豬）批發價是每公斤12.7元，也就是每斤（大陸1斤等於500公克）6至7元。大陸豬價從今年初一路下滑，而且沒有止穩現象。

北京生豬價格已跌到近4年來最低水平，但部分地區甚至跌至15年來最低水準。豬農每養一頭豬平均虧損300元，進入深度虧損階段。

另一方面，生薑主要產地高溫乾旱導致減產，再加上去年「山東毒薑」事件導致許多薑農次季沒再種薑，近來北京生薑價格漲到1斤10元，許多超市原來以散賣為主，都改以盒裝銷售。

因此，不僅2010年「薑你軍」重現江湖，大陸許多地區更傳出「生薑價格賽豬肉」的說法。
