瑞法水泥業巨擘 合併成全球第一大

瑞士Holcim與法國Lafarge兩大水泥業巨擘7日宣布達成合併協議，成為全世界最大的水泥公司，年總銷售額達320億歐元。合併的換股比例是1:1，新公司總部設在瑞士，股票在蘇黎世及巴黎股市分別掛牌。

7 日早盤Lafarge股價上漲4%，Holcim上漲5.4%。新公司總市值接近600 億歐元，原Holcim的股東總共擁有53%的股權，Lafarge股東擁有47% 股權。
