【更新】辦證件等太久　女拿刀自殘送醫

新北市永和區公所下午1時許，1名36歲陳姓女子在民政科辦理弱勢兒童及少年生活津貼，因等了20分鐘覺得太久，便與公所人員發生爭吵，陳女一氣之下竟拿出剪刀自傷左手大姆指，現場人員立即報警。

警消抵達現場，陳女一度情緒不穩，堅持要騎機車離開不願送醫，但警方見陳女騎車不到20公尺就摔車，要求警消將陳女強制送往新店耕莘醫院治療。（潘志偉／新北報導）
