安裝網路印表機 沒有Standard TCP/IP port

請問各位高手們，

 

我的網路印表機今天突然出現列印錯誤，

點選 “控制台\硬體和音效\裝置和印表機”，都是空白的 (圖一)，

試過到"服務"中把"Bluetooth Support Service"啟動並設定為"自動"，

安全模式、網路卡重新啟動都試過了，依然無法進入”裝置和印表機”中，

想重新安裝印表機，卻發現 TCP/IP port不見了 (圖二)，

之前我安裝時，確定是有的，

現在完全沒有這個連接埠類型可選，

印表機的伺服器內容裡，有一個 “新增連接埠類型”(圖三)，
但我找不到安裝檔的路徑在哪，有人知道路徑嗎 (圖四)?

或是有其他解決方式呢?
