Adobe中國研發分公司關閉

（中央社台北2014年9月25日電）美國電腦軟體大廠奧多比系統公司（Adobe Systems Inc.）昨天在官方微博宣布，中國大陸研發分公司將於12月底停止營運，未來在大陸以市場拓展業務為主。

Adobe已於2012年12月發函給客戶，宣布關閉台灣辦公室。台灣業務的維持與代理經銷商合作，管理則改由Adobe香港分公司支援。

在陸媒報導Adobe將資遣員工後，Adobe中國官方微博24日傍晚貼出聲明證實：「Adobe在中國今後將以市場拓展業務為主，因此決定撤銷並關閉在中國的研發分公司。研發分公司將在12月底停止運營。」

據大陸財新網報導，因業績太差，Adobe中國公司將自10月底開始，陸續資遣員工，未來只保留銷售部門。中國區的業務將移交Adobe印度公司。

報導指出，Adobe於17日發布2014財年第三財季財報，淨利潤比去年同期大幅下滑46%。

少部分的Adobe中國大陸員工將改派美國總部或印度分公司。被資遣員工可能領到「N（年資）+5」個月薪資。
