（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣6日電）餿水油案主角郭烈成日前被屏東地方法院裁定新台幣5萬元交保，屏東地檢署抗告成功，屏東地院下午重開羈押庭，裁定羈押郭烈成。 屏東地檢署指出，郭烈成交保第2天就將一個戶頭的存款86萬元提領一空，有逃亡之虞；其次，郭烈成只交代將煉製的餿水油賣給強冠，還需追查是否有賣給其他食品廠；另外，郭烈成和進威企業油品互通有無，雙方關係需釐清。1030906
