餿水問題油 恐藏沒料到的毒

食品藥物管理署在餿水油事件後仍將食安狀況列為綠燈，董氏基金會食品營養組主任許惠玉表示，檢驗結果還沒出來，怎能認定風險很低，話講太早了。

食藥署送驗四瓶樣品油，最快明天結果出爐。許惠玉說，問題油不是一般食用油，內含物不能只用平日檢驗食品的標準，只驗重金屬、苯芘及黃麴毒素可能不夠。

>林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任顏宗海認為，政府錯過最佳採樣時機，並擔憂抽驗的樣品代表性恐不足。因每批回收油和餿水油內容物、汙染程度都不同，送驗的這四瓶樣品沒問題，無法保證其他油也無問題。顏宗海說，問題油仍可能存在民眾意想不到的毒物，沒特地去驗，並不代表沒有。
