法人機構預估，矽品（2325）今年營收821億元，年成長18.4%，EPS 3.46元，且考量今年下半年單月營收目標站穩70億元，挑戰80億元，三至五內年台灣封測產業競爭力不會被取代下，維持矽品的買進評等。
