高雄前金區路面塌陷，工務局勒令停工

高雄市成功一路與前金二街一處建築工地旁，今天近午發生路面坍塌，市府工務局立即趕到現場，查出是福懋建設興建工地，已口頭勒令停止，待查明原因後才再開工。

根據市府建管處趕到現場，查出這裡是福懋建設剛開工不久的工地，初步研判，可能是建商在移走路旁兩棟光臘樹時，老樹的樹根穿透水溝，最近連續天雨，導致路面土石掏空，加上可能老樹移植後回填土方不夠札實，造成路面塌陷。

福懋建設總經理涂耀斌表示，發現後已立即通報養工處，並派人回填路面坍陷，附近民房未受損害。
