東森 改掛百貨類

東森國際（2614）朝向多角化經營，從今（1）日起，在台股的族群分類將由原本的航運類改掛百貨業；東森董事會昨天公告7月17日除權息，每股派發現金股息0.5元，為東森近六年來首度派發股利。

東森昨天公告除權息交易日為7月17日，現金股利發放日預計為8月12日，每股配發現金股息0.5元。

東森董事長廖尚文日前表示，航運業經營艱困，除非未來市場有好的榮景出現，否則到2019年底船舶租約陸續到期後，東森考慮淡出航運市場，未來將聚焦電視購物、電子商務等貿易事業、及媒體相關事業等。
