市調：下半年DRAM價看漲

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年7月1日電）動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)合約價持平，不過，市調機構集邦科技看好，下半年DRAM價格可望走揚。

根據集邦科技調查，6月DDR3 4GB模組合約均價30.5美元，較5月持平表現。

集邦科技研究協理吳雅婷表示，個人電腦DRAM供貨吃緊，一線電腦代工廠與供應商間多改以季議價，目前第3季DRAM價格漲勢確定，合約均價將朝31至32美元邁進。

吳雅婷指出，第3季智慧手機將步入出貨旺季，供給端方面，不僅沒有新增產能，DRAM廠製程轉換良率又有待提升，預料市場供需缺口將擴大。

吳雅婷看好下半年DRAM價格可望走揚，預期在供貨持續吃緊下，部分規模較小的個人電腦代工廠為搶料，不排除可能推升DRAM模組合約價突破33美元。
