經紀公司指控杜德偉違約 和解獲不起訴

台灣最佳娛樂經紀公司負責人姚鳳群指控，原本和藝人杜德偉的經紀合約到2019年5月31日，但今年1月17日杜突然寄存證信函解約，還找離職的葉姓女員工替其工作，一名仍在職的齊姓員工甚至幫杜從公司電腦下載合約及其他秘密資料，涉嫌業務侵占、背信、妨害秘密等罪。

雙方事後達成和解，台北地檢署處分3人不起訴。
