猥褻友人身障８歲女兒　惡男判刑４年

大城鄉離婚多年、年近40的男子，在前年７月將友人年僅８歲、且為肢體障礙與智能障礙的小女童帶到自己租屋處，強制猥褻小女童，被害人用手撥開並說「不要」後，男子更跑到商店購買冰淇淋、麵包，誘騙女童供其逞慾。小女童雖抗拒，但因弱小難以抵抗，還是再度被男子逞慾。隔年4月，男子再度跑到被害人家中，被女童哥哥辱罵，被害人母親詢問之下才知女兒受害。彰化地院日前審理後，依強制猥褻，判男子有期徒刑４年。 （詹智淵╱彰化報導）
