連做6(日、夜班)休3 (12小時制) (說是說休3天，但實際上只有2天又16小時 另外16小時還得扣晚班到早那天睡眠(正常)，節省一點扣8小時睡眠只有2天8小時) 因為第一次上夜班(還是這種緊湊的)也上了幾個禮拜了 睡眠狀態越來越差 第一輪 日轉夜的上完夜班後的睡眠都不到6小時(日班睡8小時) 2又1/3天的休息日也睡不好，平均也不到6小時 第二輪 日轉夜 4~5小時(日班正常睡眠6小時) 休息日睡眠時間不到4小時 .... 有些人會漸漸習慣，但我不知道我稱不稱的到習慣這一步，因為睡眠時間越來越少 晚上睡覺都會覺得頭痛，現在正常時間也會有點疼痛感 另外就是公司距離，在下只是微粒灰塵，買不起汽車，只有機車 機車通勤時速80~90到公司需要30分鐘左右 算了一下，一個月需要2000油錢(算下來八捨九入應該有3萬) 離職嗎?還是繼續待? *不是沒有判斷能力，只是想聽聽看法，因為還很茫然 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.255.154.66 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400064985.A.E16.html
